1. THE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and try-AI, LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing try-ai.net, utilizing our SEO automation tools, or subscribing to our technical research (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. USE OF SERVICES AND ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using try-ai.net, you represent that you have the capacity to enter into this enforceable contract. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All content on the Services—including but not limited to Python scripts, Django configurations, AWS architecture diagrams, and AI-generated analysis—is the property of try-AI, LLC.

License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use our content for personal or internal business research.

AI Data Scraping: Strictly prohibited. You may not use any automated means (robots, spiders, or scrapers) to harvest data from try-ai.net for the purpose of training machine learning models or creating competing AI services without a separate commercial license from us.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
When you submit technical feedback, comments, or prompts to our Services, you grant try-AI, LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that content to improve our AI models, technical documentation, and service offerings.
5. TECHNICAL DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
try-AI, LLC provides the Services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Technical Risk: You assume all risk for the implementation of code snippets or automation ideas. We are not liable for any system failures, AWS overages, or data loss resulting from your use of the Services.

Liability Cap: In no event shall try-AI, LLC be liable for damages exceeding $100.00 USD or the amount you paid us in the last six months, whichever is greater.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and indemnify try-AI, LLC against any claims or damages arising from your misuse of our code, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party intellectual property.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
Any dispute related to these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration in Gaston County, North Carolina. You waive your right to a jury trial and agree that any claims will be brought on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
